Meti Regassa

Meti Regassa is an experienced operations and community relations professional, currently serving as an Operations Associate at Guidepoint since May 2022. Prior to this, Meti worked as a Community Project Coordinator for the City of Minneapolis, successfully organizing large community events and managing multiple project stakeholders. With a strong background in health equity, Meti has also held positions focused on enhancing onboarding practices for BIPOC employees at the City of Minneapolis and addressing health disparities among marginalized communities at Visana Health. In earlier roles, Meti demonstrated leadership and organizational skills through event planning and policy initiatives, alongside a BA in Community Health from Bethel University.
