Guidepost Montessori
Susan Lee Mackey currently serves as Editor-at-Large for the Carolinas at Burnaway and as Children's House Lead Guide at Guidepost Montessori. Mackey has previous experience as Gallery Liaison at ArtCloud and Gallery Coordinator at Picnic Wine & Provisions. A former Curator at Shared_Studios, Mackey also completed a Master's degree in Modern & Contemporary Art History at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where involvement included roles as Graduate Curatorial Fellow and Collections Assistant at the Joan Flasch Artists' Book Collection. Earlier positions include Assistant to the Director at the High Museum of Art and participation in the Emerging Writers Mentorship Program at BURNAWAY Magazine. Mackey holds a Bachelor's degree in Art History and Women's Studies from Appalachian State University.

To achieve this vision, we're focused on opening a community of high-fidelity, authentic Montessori schools in communities across the country.
