Kelly Mangold has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Kelly began their career at Service America Corporation in 1987 as an Employee Benefits Specialist and later served as a Human Resources Analyst and Supervisor of Health and Welfare and Retirement plans. In 1994, they worked at Rollins College as a Manager of Compensation and Benefits. Kelly then joined Guideposts in 1999 as a Director of Human Resources and later became the Vice President of Human Resources. In 2003, they transitioned to the role of VP of Corporate Administration and eventually became the Senior Vice President of Administration. In their most recent role as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Alignment, Kelly combined their strategic focus with talent development and operational experience to bring together resources and achieve organizational priorities. Overall, Kelly has demonstrated expertise in human resources, administration, and strategic planning throughout their career.
Kelly Mangold earned a Master's Degree in Executive Coaching from Middlesex University in 2007-2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Human Resources between 1983 and 1987. Kelly also has additional certifications as a Consultant from Denison Consulting in 2010, and a certification in Meyers Briggs from the American Management Association. Kelly is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
