Stan Strnad's work experience includes various roles in finance and management consulting.
Stan served as the Group CFO and COO at GuideVision - ServiceNow Elite Partner, an Infosys company. Stan also worked as the M&A Finance Transition Lead at the same company.
Prior to that, Stan was a member of the HST Chamber of Commerce Switzerland - Czech Republic.
Stan also worked in management consulting at looxico and as the M&A Finance Integration Lead and Senior Group Controller at Zentiva Pharma.
Earlier in their career, Stan held multiple roles at Japan Tobacco International, including Global Performance Management, Investor Relations, Regional Finance Transformation Lead, Interim CFO, M&A Integration Lead, and Head of Accounting & Reporting.
Stan started their career as the Chief Accountant at GTS ALIVE.
Stan Strnad attended the Prague University of Economics and Business, where they obtained an MSc. degree in Corporate Finance & Accounting and Personal Management. Stan also holds additional certifications such as CPA, Certified executive accountant from the Institut certifikace Svazu účetních, Executive Accountant / Diplome d' études comptables et financières from the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), French certification from ASC Languages, and SAP Certification FI-CO from SAP.
