Andrea Anderson is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in user and knowledge experience, particularly in the technology and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of User and Knowledge Experience at Guidewire Software, Andrea oversees the Education Content team and the User Experience team, focusing on enhancing product user experiences for Guidewire Cloud and Digital applications. Previously, Andrea held senior roles at SAP, including Global Vice President of User Experience and Vice President of Design Thinking, where innovative solutions in customer service and enterprise applications were developed. With a solid foundation in design thinking and user-centric approaches, Andrea has driven significant product and business transformations throughout a career that spans over three decades, starting as a Business Systems Consultant at Zellerbach. Academic credentials include a Certified Credit Management Executive from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.
