Faye Caldwell

Faye Caldwell is an experienced Certified Medical Assistant at Baystate Health since November 2009, responsible for patient preparation, in-office testing, EKGs, end of session billing, and clinic closure. Additionally, Faye has served as a Direct Care Giver at Guidewire, Inc. since January 2001, focusing on enhancing individual independence through assistance with daily living activities. Faye holds an Associate of Science degree in Medical Assistant from Springfield Technical Community College, earned between 2006 and 2010, and attended Ashford University from 2012 to 2015.
