Prior to these roles, they held positions such as Director of Partnership Development at Kansas City Chiefs, Director of Business Development at ECCO Select, VP of Sales at Synaptic Advisory Partners, Director of Corporate Partnerships at Kansas City Chiefs, and Associate General Manager at Learfield. Justin Ricklefs graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies.
