Garrett Hilpipre

Garrett Hilpipre is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, community engagement, and workforce development. As the Founder and Executive Director of Soundscape Collective since September 2019, Garrett has effectively launched a music residency pilot program, fostering collaboration among diverse artists and a rural host community, while also securing a grant from the Denver Music Advancement Fund. Co-founding Mountain to Sound in October 2010, Garrett promotes local and traveling bands, creating intimate musical experiences across various unique venues. Currently serving as a Member Support Specialist at Guild, Garrett leverages cross-functional communication to assist in workforce development initiatives. Previous roles include Member Engagement Specialist at Guild Education, Case Investigator at Tri-County Health Department, and Broker Associate at Your Castle Real Estate. Garrett holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Iowa and is pursuing multiple graduate certificates at the University of Denver.
