Megan Reisinger is the Director of Product Management at Guild. Megan is also the Co-founder and COO of Ology, where Megan developed monetization plans and marketing strategies to advance the mission of open access science. Prior to their current roles, Megan worked as a Principal Product Manager at Wayfair and as the Global Head of Personalization at Meta. Before their transition into tech, Megan served in the US Navy as a Senior Inspector General Investigator and a Surface Warfare Officer. Megan holds a BS in English from the United States Naval Academy.
