Mishaal L.

Mishaal L. is a highly experienced educator and analyst with a strong background in people systems and biology education. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Guild since June 2021, Mishaal has worked in various analytical roles and previously held positions focused on student experience quality assurance. Prior to Guild, Mishaal was a Biology Teacher at H. Grady Spruce High School within the Dallas Independent School District, where a significant increase in student performance was achieved through effective teaching strategies and virtual learning initiatives. As a member of the Teach For America Corps, Mishaal engaged in extensive professional development and training. Additional experience includes roles with Generation Citizen and as a Peer Academic Coach, along with a strong educational foundation including a Master of Education from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin.
