Michael Parm has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Michael started their career as a Sales Representative at Dale Carnegie Training in 1987 and later became a Sales Representative at Eli Lilly from 1990 to 1991. Following this, they worked as a Regional Manager at LEGO from 1991 to 1996. From 1996 to 2006, Michael worked as an Export Manager at Martin Professional A/S. Michael then joined Label-Aire as a Sales Director from 2006 to 2010. Michael is currently working at V. Guldmann A/S, where they started as an Export Manager in 2010 and is currently serving as the Managing Director of Ergocare.

Michael Parm attended Gl Hasseris Skole from 1969 to 1978. Michael then went on to complete their secondary education at Hasseris Gymnasium from 1978 to 1981. Finally, they pursued higher education at Aarhus University from 1983 to 1989, earning a Master of Business Administration and Foreign Trade in international business.
