Bill Cramer, of Panama City Beach, is the Owner of Bill Cramer Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC. He is a current board member of the Florida College System Foundation and Chapter President of the local Air Force Association. Cramer earned his bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of North Carolina and his juris doctor from Harvard University. He was appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis on December 6, 2022.
