Amit Kirodian

Amit Kirodian is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Officer at Gulftainer since February 2018, Amit has previously held positions at Hallworthy International FZC as a RIG Admin and at Weatherford, where roles included SR. HR Coordinator and Crew Coordinator among others, spanning from May 2010 to May 2017. Amit's expertise encompasses Competency Assurance Programs, recruitment, personnel management, industrial relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, and employee data management. Earlier career experiences include being an HR Executive at Norscot Drilling & Production and a Rig Administrator at Transocean. Amit holds a Bachelor of Mass Media in Advertising from the University of Mumbai and pursued strategic performance management studies at XLRI Jamshedpur, complemented by additional education in advertising from Maharshi Dayanada College.
