Robson Rodrigues

Robson Rodrigues is the CTO and co-founder of Gupy, a software company based in Brazil. Robson has over ten years of experience in the software industry, specializing in big data and data engineering.

Rodrigues began their career as a software engineer at GAS Tecnologia, where they worked on software development and maintenance in C/C++ and Java. Robson also developed scripts for task automation in Python and Ruby. In 2013, they left GAS Tecnologia to join Quatix as a software developer.

In 2014, Rodrigues joined Hotel Urbano as a data engineer. Robson was responsible for the architecture and management of the website's Big Data Platform, and participated in the trip recommendation project for customers through e-mail marketing. Robson also participated in the development of the recommendation API used in various website services. Rodrigues left Hotel Urbano in 2015 to co-found Gupy.

Robson Rodrigues holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UBM and a certification from MIT Professional Education in Tackling the Challenges of Big Data.
