Hussain Jasani

Hussain Jasani serves as the Head of South Asian Studies at The Institute of Ismaili Studies since July 2012, and holds multiple leadership roles including Member of the Advisory Board for The Encyclopaedia of the Ismailis and Manager for Educational Programmes. Additionally, Hussain is a Governor at the Association for the Study of Ginans and a Steering Committee Member for the 50th Anniversary Commemoration of the Uganda Exodus with India Overseas Trust. As a Strategic Advisor for Gurucool and Innvotec Limited, and a Board Member for 3D Agriculture and Cellpay.us (Zulie Venture Inc.), Hussain contributes to various initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as CEO at ITREB for India and Director at Platinum Jubilee Publishers Ltd. Educational qualifications comprise a Master's degree in Islamic Societies and Culture from SOAS University of London, alongside various other degrees in the fields of education and research, with ongoing doctoral studies in History, Religions, and Philosophies at SOAS.
