Yana Yana has worked for two companies, GuruShots and Mavenir. At GuruShots, they held the roles of Software QA Tester, Customer Service Support Manager, and Customer Support from 2017 onwards. Yana Yana obtained their BA in Political Science & French from Tel Aviv University between 2005 and 2009. From 2010 to 2011, they attended Technion - The Division of Continuing Education and External Studies for SQA. In 2020, Yana Yana completed a QA Manual and Automation Software Testing course at Tel-Ran, Educational Center. In 2019, they obtained a Freshdesk product expert certification from Freshworks, and they hold an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
