Jason Culpepper

Jason Culpepper, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources and operations professional with extensive experience in retail management and human resources. Currently serving as a Regional Human Resources Generalist at Gustave A. Larson since May 2022, Jason previously held the position of Store Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from December 2020 to May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as General Manager at Paradies Lagardère and 24 Hour Fitness, and a long tenure at The Home Depot, where Jason progressed from Assistant Store Manager to Store Manager and District Captain roles, leading initiatives in sales training, community engagement, and operational management across three Denver Metro locations. Jason holds a degree in Communications and Public Relations from Colorado Mesa University, complemented by a foundational education at Uintah High School.
