Aqeela Panjwani is a seasoned product design professional with extensive experience in user experience design and product development. Currently serving as a Product Design Lead at Gusto since February 2020, Aqeela contributes to a platform that supports small businesses with payroll and HR services. Prior roles include Lead Experience Designer, Senior Product Designer, and Product Designer at Y Media Labs from March 2015 to January 2020, as well as freelance UI/UX design consultancy for startups. Aqeela's background includes participation in a User Experience Design Immersive program at General Assembly and diverse design roles in the fashion industry, including work as an Apparel Designer at Ikeddi and Designer for Special Projects for H&M. Aqeela holds a degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the Academy of Art University and an Associate of Arts from the International Academy of Design & Technology in Montreal.
