Ben Hester

Ben Hester is a Senior Product Design Manager at Gusto since October 2024, having previously held the same position at Calendly from October 2022 to September 2024. With extensive experience in leading design teams, Ben focused on enterprise expansion, customer experience, and innovative solutions across various companies. At Intuit, as a Group Product Design Manager, Ben managed teams to enhance the QuickBooks ecosystem. Prior roles include Design Director at Blink, where Ben received industry recognition, and Director of UX and Content Strategy at Free Range Studios, responsible for establishing UX practices. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School and Bachelor's degrees in Digital Arts and Music Performance from SAE Expression College and University of Oregon, respectively.
