Charles Martucci is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leading design teams and initiatives across various technology companies. Currently, Charles serves as the Head of Design for Payroll and Time at Gusto, focusing on empowering product design teams within a modern online platform for small businesses. Previously, Charles was the Head of Design & Research at Clockwise, where contributions helped scale the company significantly. Additionally, Charles held key design roles at Twitter, including Design Lead for Northstar and Senior Product Designer, where innovative features were launched. Charles co-founded TeamPassword, guided user experience at OrderUp, and worked with prominent clients at Intridea, Inc. with a solid foundation in design management originating from a BS in Studio Art from New York University.
