Ellen Mahoney is currently serving as the Customer Experience Team Lead at Gusto, a modern online platform that assists small businesses with various team management solutions, including payroll and HR services, since August 2020. Prior to this role, Ellen gained diverse experience in customer service and hospitality as a Hostess and Food Expeditor at West End Tavern, a Customer Service Representative at the University of Colorado Boulder, and a Tour Guide and Receptionist at Door County Kayak Tours, LLC. Ellen also worked as an Alumni Ambassador for Pacific Discovery and held positions as a Lifeguard and Swim Coach at Elite Sports Clubs. Ellen began a career in research with Bublup. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Spanish from the University of Colorado Boulder, complemented by a semester studying International Relations and Affairs during a program with Semester At Sea.
