Igor Khayet

Igor Khayet is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, strategy, and financial consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at Gusto since August 2015, Igor focuses on simplifying complex business tasks to enhance employee experience. Prior to this role, Igor was the Director of Strategy at Apollo Group, where significant initiatives were executed to reshape a $3 billion organization. Additionally, Igor has experience as a Senior Manager at Kauffman Labs, where recognition was received as a top education start-up, and as a Board Member at HIAS. Earlier roles include a Summer Associate position at American Express, where a financial model was developed to assess risk for a global prepaid business, and a Financial Strategy Consultant at IBM Global Services.
