Tammy Franz

Tammy Franz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Salesforce management and business systems analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst at Gusto since May 2021, Tammy successfully planned and executed a Salesforce Lightning migration, enhancing productivity and call efficiency significantly. Previously, at Charles Schwab, Tammy held the role of Senior Salesforce Product Owner/Manager, where responsibilities included implementing agile methodologies and mentoring product owners. Tammy’s career also encompasses key roles at Digital First Media, Kaiser Permanente, and Level 3 Communications, demonstrating expertise in Salesforce administration, sales operations, and project management over a span of nearly three decades, including foundational experience at J.D. Edwards & Company as a Sr Commission Accountant. Tammy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business.
