Teresa Waggoner

Teresa Waggoner is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Executive and Foundation Recruiting + Talent Advisor at Gusto since February 2020. In this role, Teresa leads a team focused on recruiting for senior-level positions across various functions while also supporting Foundation teams. Prior to this, Teresa held titles such as Executive Leadership Recruiter and Corporate and Business Recruiter at Gusto. Teresa's previous experience includes serving as a Senior Recruiter at Uber, where support was provided for the Legal team, and as an Executive Recruiter at Addison Group, focusing on finance and accounting talent. Teresa began her career as an Operations Manager at The Buckle. Educationally, Teresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing focus and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, both from Missouri Southern State University.
