David Lightfoot

David Lightfoot is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and finance sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Guy Carpenter since October 1998, David leads the analytics and advisory team for the Latin America & Caribbean region, oversees the analytic and advisory cohort for the Global Account segment, and develops parametric risk transfer solutions. Prior to this role, David held the position of Director of Finance and Accounting at Talegen Holdings, Inc., where David played a key role in restructuring and selling insurance subsidiaries, generating over $3 billion for Xerox Corporation. Earlier in David's career, a tenure as Senior Audit Manager at PwC involved leading financial audits for public and emerging growth companies in the insurance and technology industries, alongside participation in a specialized rotational assignment in New York. David graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.
