Zahir Ahmed

Zahir Ahmed is an experienced finance professional with a focus on management and investor accounting. Currently serving as Finance Manager for Investor Accounting at Bilfinger GVA since April 2016, Zahir oversees service delivery and management information for a platinum client, ensuring the implementation of best practices to meet business goals. Prior to this role, Zahir worked at Sanctuary Group from October 2011 to April 2016 as Finance Manager for Service Charge, managing a team of up to 30 staff and overseeing service charge income of approximately £35 million. Zahir's career began at Orbit Group, where various accounting roles were held from September 2004 to 2011. Zahir holds an ACCA qualification and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Honours) in Accounting and Law from De Montfort University.
