Thiemo Taurit is currently serving as the Human Resources Director for NAFTA at GVS Filter Technology since January 2024. Prior to this role, Thiemo Taurit spent 16 years at Brose Group, holding multiple positions including Manager of Human Resources for Plant Operations in NAFTA, where responsibilities included overseeing HR activities for 10 production facilities across North America, implementing HR strategies, managing compensation systems, and facilitating international job rotations. Thiemo Taurit also worked as HR Manager for Brose New Boston, Human Resources Coordinator for multiple international plants, and was involved in project management for new facility ramp-ups. Education includes an MBA from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg and a student's exchange program at the University of Latvia.
