Jimmy Bou

Jimmy Bou, MBA, currently serves as the Global Product Manager for Power Systems Protection at G&W Electric Co., a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Jimmy Bou spent nearly a decade at Falco Electronics, where responsibilities included Senior Product & Sales Manager and New Product Introduction Manager, successfully launching over 30 families of Instrument Current Transformers. Earlier experience includes a tenure at GE Digital Energy as a New Product Introduction Program Manager, overseeing an 8-member team in new product development, and a role at GE as a Design Engineer, contributing to the manufacture of significant product lines. Starting a career at Sandia National Laboratories as a Senior Member of Technical Staff, Jimmy Bou led projects in the design of magnetic components, achieving notable cost savings. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Florida and an Executive MBA from USF.
