Sterlin Cochran

Sterlin Cochran is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Senior NPD Project Engineer at G&W Electric Co. since October 2023. As Principal Owner of Oak & Shield Engineering LLC since April 2018, Sterlin Cochran has provided technical expertise and business development support, successfully securing capital investments and enhancing business operations. Previously, Sterlin Cochran held the role of Principal/Chief Engineer for Fuses at Eaton, managing engineering responsibilities for high voltage fusing product lines and resolving manufacturing and quality issues.
