Andrew Rose has extensive experience in stakeholder services and governance, currently serving as the Executive Manager of Stakeholder Services and Governance at GWMWater since 2006, overseeing areas such as company secretary functions, risk management, customer service, and legal support. In addition, since August 2015, Andrew has held the position of Chairman of the District Planning Committee for CFA Victoria District 17, providing advisory support on brigade-related issues. Prior roles include General Manager of Corporate Services at Grampians Regional Water Authority from 2000 to 2006 and experience in ethics and investigations at CPA Australia, as well as a Human Resources Manager at Melbourne Water from 1971 to 1995. Andrew’s educational background includes multiple qualifications from Heathmont and attendance at Ringwood High School.
