Prior to the formation of GXO, he served as CEO of XPO Logistics Europe, where he helped the company achieve unprecedented growth and efficiencies. Wilson joined XPO after its acquisition of industry leader Norbert Dentressangle, where he grew Norbert’s logistics division to global scale as the company’s largest revenue-producing unit, and served on its executive board.
