Ashley Cover is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and music broadcasting, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at 1inch Labs since March 2025, where focus is on recruiting top blockchain talent. Ashley also founded RedLounge.TV, a platform dedicated to music broadcasting and culture, and holds a long-standing role as a Resident Disc Jockey at Gymbox. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Lilium and an Interim Talent Acquisition Partner for Taboola, along with a variety of consultative roles in recruitment and talent acquisition across sectors. Ashley's educational background includes a BTEC Diploma in Entrepreneurship from IXION and studies at the University of the Arts London.
