Gynoveda, award winner of Times Brand Icon 2021 as India's Leading Ayurvedic Women Healthcare Brand, is headquartered in Mumbai. Husband-wife duo Rachana & Vishal Gupta partnered with a dream to make Ayurveda the world’s first choice for menstrual healthcare & wellness. Because... Over 600 million women, globally silently suffer from menstrual disorders like PCOS, irregular periods, PMS, painful periods, menopause and abnormal white discharge yet they dread visiting a gynaecologist for 3 major reasons: 1. Fear of physical examination or surgery 2. Lack of access to the right gynecologist 3. Social prejudices and anxiety of being judged Imagine this.... Women experience on an average 400 menstrual cycles and 2 pregnancies during her lifespan. Women were born to have healthy periods, lifelong...! But they’re told that period abnormalities like PCOS, period pain, irregular period cycles & flow are necessary evils in life. Universally, the dominant advice is to grin and bear the pain. Women globally are unaware that Ayurveda has the power to treat menstrual abnormalities like irregular periods, PCOS, scanty or heavy flow, vaginal white discharge or itching. Gynoveda founders are on a mission to evangelize Ayurveda for healthy periods and make it the world's 1st choice to solve period problems. In 2019, early-stage investor Fireside Ventures pumped in $1 million to share their vision and help the business grow.
