Elaine Chaves

Elaine Chaves is a seasoned professional in the chemical engineering field, currently serving as a Sr. Technical Specialist Supervisor at H.B. Fuller since September 2015, with a focus on engineering adhesives. Prior experience includes roles such as Technology Specialist for Reactives at Artecola Indústrias Químicas and R&D Specialist for silicone systems at Bluestar Silicones. Elaine began career at Henkel Ltda. as a Development & Application Engineer, specializing in adhesives and sealants for both general and automotive industries. Elaine holds a degree in Industrial Chemical Engineering from EEL USP Lorena and a postgraduate degree in Administration for Engineers from FEI. Additional education includes chemical technology training from Instituto Racine and Escola Major Mariotto Ferreira, as well as early foundational studies at ECOMPO.
