Rob Hubbard

Rob Hubbard is the Chief Procurement Officer at H.B. Fuller, a position held since January 2012, where a transformation of the procurement function is being led. Previously, Rob Hubbard served at The Procter & Gamble Company from June 1990 to March 2012, holding roles such as Global Procurement Director, where responsibilities included managing supplier relationships and direct spend and leading a global sourcing team, and Global R&D Director, focusing on developing European process development for the P&G Wipes business. Rob Hubbard also worked as Senior Group Manager in Upstream Technology Development within R&D, where technical teams were directed to innovate manufacturing processes. Rob Hubbard holds a Master of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a Mathematics minor, both from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
