Luis Santos

Luis Santos, PhD, is a seasoned equity research professional currently serving as a Senior Equity Research Associate at H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC, focusing on biotech companies in gene therapy, gene editing, and RNA therapeutics. Previously, Luis held a similar role at Chardan, specializing in oncology and metabolism. With a strong academic background in biological sciences from Columbia University, Luis has extensive postdoctoral experience at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and IBM Translational Systems Biology & Nanobiotechnology, conducting research on metabolic pathways in cancer, drug resistance, and systems biology.
