Jason Roller has extensive experience in the grocery and agricultural sectors, currently serving as Managing Director of Meat Procurement & Merchandising at H-E-B since February 2009. In this role, Jason leads the Perishable Grocery Business Unit, overseeing various product categories. Previously, Jason held positions as Business Development Manager for Salty Snacks and multiple baking categories, where responsibilities included category strategy development and procurement management. Additionally, Jason served as Commodity Development Manager, focusing on purchasing for H-E-B's Bakery Manufacturing division. Prior experience includes work as a Senior Consultant at Informa Economics, Inc., and as an Economist at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, where Jason conducted research on marketing and trade policies. Jason holds a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Applied Economics from Virginia Tech.
