H.I.G. Capital
Chris is a Principal in H.I.G. Capital’s New York office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, transaction structuring, financing, and execution of post-closing growth strategies.
Chris has more than ten years of experience in private equity and M&A and has executed transactions in several industries including business services, consumer, healthcare, industrials, retail, and technology.
Prior to joining H.I.G., Chris worked on the direct private equity team at CPPIB and at Brazos Private Equity Partners. Chris began his career in the investment banking division of Citigroup.
Chris received his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University.
