Michael is a Managing Director based in H.I.G. Capital's Miami office.
Michael is responsible for leading the firm’s special projects as well as working alongside the Co-CEOs and Co-Presidents to implement strategic initiatives across the firm. He also serves on the firm’s compensation committee. He joined H.I.G. over 15 years ago as an investment professional with the Bayside Capital special situations and distressed debt strategy.
Prior to joining H.I.G., Michael worked for Credit Suisse’s Strategic Partners group. He received his Bachelors of Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
