Nilanjana B.

Nilanjana B. currently serves as the VP of Growth and Customer Success at Haber since February 2025. Prior to this role, Nilanjana held multiple positions at Innovaccer, including Senior Director of Product Management, Senior Director of Product Strategy, and Director of Product Management from January 2021 to January 2025. Nilanjana also worked at McKinsey & Company from August 2017 to January 2021, where responsibilities as Engagement Manager included leading transformation programs across various sectors and managing international teams. Earlier career experiences include positions at Schlumberger as a Field Engineer, internships at Teach For India and TIFR as a Research Fellow, and various research internships at prestigious institutions. Nilanjana holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with degrees in Computer Science and Physics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and additional research experience in solar cells from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
