Samuel Temesgen has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Samuel started their career in 2008 as a Purchaser at Construction and Business Bank. From there, they moved on to Ethiopian Airlines in 2009, where they served as a Material Inventory Controller and then Senior Material Inventory Controller. Samuel later took on the role of Shipping and Receiving Supervisor and Team Leader in Outbound and Inbound Logistics. In 2016, Samuel joined Habesha Breweries as a Distribution Manager and steadily progressed to Sales Operations Manager and eventually National Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Supply Chain- Logistics & Procurement at Habesha Breweries.
Samuel Temesgen earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Addis Ababa University in the years 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting at Admas University from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Samuel obtained certifications in Coaching Skill from Ethiopian Airlines and Dangerous Goods Regulation from the International Air Transport Association (IATA). The months and years when they obtained these certifications were not provided.
