Michelle M. currently serves as the Director of Collaboration, Support, and Operations at Habitat for Humanity International, a position held since August 2018. Michelle has extensive experience with the organization, previously working as Associate Director for Strategic Initiative Projects and Manager for both Strategic Initiative Projects and Global Programs Projects. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director/Project Manager at The Task Force for Global Health, Inc. and Coordinator of Organizational Performance Management at Care USA. Michelle also held significant roles within the Jamaican Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, including Foreign Service Officer and Special Assistant to the President, as well as a Diplomatic Representative at the Permanent Mission of Jamaica to the United Nations. Educational qualifications include a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from the University of the West Indies, along with a certification from the Project Management Institute.

Habitat for Humanity International, generally referred to as Habitat for Humanity or simply Habitat, is an international, non-governmental, and nonprofit organization, which was founded in 1976 by Linda and Millard Fuller.
