Nicolya Walter

Nicolya Walter, CWP, has extensive experience in customer support and technical analysis, currently serving as Customer Support Supervisor at Hach since March 2014, where oversight includes a team of nine agents. Previously held the role of Technical Customer Support Representative, excelling in customer relations and troubleshooting. Prior experience includes serving as Radiochemistry Instrument Analyst at ALS Life Sciences Europe, managing environmental samples and data reporting, as well as a decade-long tenure at Papa Johns, where responsibilities evolved from various in-store roles to General Manager. Nicolya also contributed as a Math and Chemistry Tutor at MiraCosta College. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from the University of Northern Colorado and an Associate's degree in General Studies from MiraCosta College.
