David Gardner

David Gardner is an education consultant with extensive experience in the field of geography education. Since December 2011, David has been an education consultant while simultaneously working as a textbook author for Hodder Education since May 1998, contributing significantly to various geography resources and curriculum design. David's academic roles include serving as a lecturer in PGCE Secondary Geography at the Institute of Education, University of London, and Goldsmiths University. David held the position of Chair of the Education Group and Trustee at the Geographical Association from September 2011 to August 2016. David's previous experience includes a senior curriculum adviser role at the Qualifications & Curriculum Development Agency, overseeing a £13 million development programme, and serving as Deputy Headteacher at Raincliffe School, where responsibilities included teaching and learning and staff performance management.
