Deanna Tropea is a skilled healthcare professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs, quality improvement, and physical therapy. Currently serving as the Regulatory Affairs Manager for the Southern Region at Hackensack Meridian Health, Deanna has also held roles as a Quality Improvement Specialist, overseeing patient safety and regulatory compliance at a major academic medical center. Formerly a Director of Quality and Risk Management at Encompass Health, Deanna was responsible for a comprehensive quality program, leading Root Cause Analysis teams, and enhancing care through data-driven initiatives. Additional experience includes managing a hospital-wide Parkinson's Disease Rehabilitation Program and serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Thomas Jefferson University. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Jefferson Health and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Immaculata University.
