Laurie Merris

Laurie Merris is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in purchasing and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of Purchasing Capital and Post-Acute Care at Hackensack Meridian Health since December 2019, Laurie previously held various leadership roles at Cardinal Health from 2002 to 2019, including Director of Account Manager-Northeast and Region Sales Manager for Ambulatory Care in NYC. Throughout the career, Laurie has demonstrated strong capabilities in collaborating on spend analytics that resulted in over $20 million in savings, as well as leading sales training programs and managing complex supply chain solutions for integrated delivery networks across multiple states. Laurie earned an MBA in Business Administration from Georgia State University and a BSN in Nursing from the University of Delaware.
