Rodney Conway

Rodney Conway is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in biomedical and clinical engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Biomedical Engineering at Hackensack Meridian Health since August 2019, Rodney previously held the position of Senior Director of Engineering and Clinical Engineering at Raritan Bay Medical Center since 1995, where responsibilities included oversight of multiple engineering and facilities management departments. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Clinical Engineering and Manager of Biomedical Engineering, where key achievements involved establishing an in-house biomedical engineering department and improving patient monitoring systems. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes owning Bass River Technologies, which provided technology consultation services to healthcare providers. Rodney holds an MBA in Management of Technology and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, along with an A.S. in Business Administration and a certificate in Electronics.
