Zebina Myrie is an experienced project administrator and training coordinator, currently working at Hackney CVS since July 2016. Previously, Zebina served as a project administrator at Artburst Ltd., where responsibilities included contracting workshop facilitators and organizing events aimed at enhancing the lives of young people and their families. As a youth programme assistant at the National Theatre, Zebina successfully developed and implemented a strategy that recruited over 200 schools and youth theatre groups for the 2012/13 Connections education programme. Additionally, while working as a development assistant at Soho Theatre, Zebina secured funding for outreach projects through trust and foundation applications. Zebina holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Arts Management from London South Bank University, completed in 2013.

Hackney CVS (Council for Voluntary Service) is the umbrella body for the voluntary and community sector in Hackney. Hackney CVS supports organisations and communities to work together to tackle inequalities and find solutions to entrenched social problems. Hackney CVS provides advice and training and also acts as a bridge between the public sector and local community groups.
