Thomas Bieg has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Thomas is currently working as the COO TPS (Train Planning Systems) at HaCon, a Siemens Mobility family member. In this role, they are responsible for providing cutting-edge software solutions for mobility and logistics. Prior to their current role, Thomas held several positions at Siemens, including Head of Global Mining & Freight Solution Business and VP Sales Signaling Products. Thomas also has experience as a General Manager at B&B Zugspitz and as Vice President Sales Development at Gigaset Communications. Thomas began their career as a Management Consultant at Siemens Management Consulting.
Thomas Bieg attended ESB Business School, Reutlingen University from 1996 to 1998, where they earned a Diplom Betriebswirt, DE/FR double diploma in International Business. Thomas then studied Mandarin Chinese at Beijing Normal University from 1998 to 1999 at the 3rd year level. In 1994, they attended NEOMA Business School and earned a DESEM degree in International Business. Prior to their university education, Thomas attended Gymnasium in den Pfarrwiesen, Sindelfingen, Germany, from 1984 to 1993, where they obtained an A-level / Abitur. Thomas also holds additional certifications including a Diplom-Betriebswirt (DE) - DEUG (FR) from Ecole supérieure de Commerce de Reims and a double degree in International Business Management from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University.
