Deborah Reder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education, program management, and engagement within non-profit organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Young Women's Engagement at Hadassah since April 2023, Deborah oversees the young women’s department, engaging a significant number of women annually to achieve program objectives. Previously, as Director of Education, Engagement, and Program Manager at Hillel International from July 2018 to January 2022, Deborah managed complex projects, securing over $1 million in grant funding and supporting numerous non-profit organizations. Deborah's background also includes experience as a Social Studies Teacher at Adams City Middle School, Assistant Director at Hillel at The University of Virginia, and English Teacher with Masa Israel Journey, alongside roles in operations management in the hedge fund sector. Deborah holds a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from Sacred Heart University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Fairfield University.

Hadassah, the Women's Zionist Organization of America, is a volunteer organization that inspires a passion for and commitment to its partnership with the land and people of Israel. It enhances the health of people worldwide through its support of medical care and research at the Hadassah Medical Organization in Jerusalem. Hadassah empowers its members and supporters, as well as youth in Israel and America through opportunities for personal growth, education, advocacy and Jewish continuity.
